Tysons welcomes world-class luxury living with the new Monarch condominiums

Imagine a high-end walkable neighborhood right in the heart of burgeoning Tysons. The location is considered “soft urban” and will be situated on a tree-lined street in the Arbor Row community with sidewalks, walkability to the Tysons Metro, shopping at the Galleria, grocery stores, boutique coffee shops and high-end neighborhood restaurants.  Unlike most of the new high-density residential development in Tysons, Monarch will offer a lushly-landscaped private elevated garden terrace overlooking the only stand of mature trees in the neighborhood.
